MatchPub Terms of Service
These terms set out what you and MatchPub agree to whenever you use matchpub.cam, whether in a browser or from your home screen. They are written to be read. By opening the site and starting a match you accept them; if you don’t, please don’t use the service. Questions go to [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old and permitted by the laws where you live to use a chat service like this. You may not use MatchPub if we have closed an account of yours before for breaking these terms. You’re responsible for what happens on your account and the device you use it on.
MatchPub matches you with one other person at a time by video, voice or text. You can browse an online list of people who are around, follow people, message them from their profile and call them from their profile with your camera on. There is also a Live tab where you can watch people who are live, comment and send gifts; users can’t broadcast from their own account.
We work to keep the service available and running well, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted, that a match will be found at any moment, or that any particular person will be online. Features may change, be added or be removed.
Starting as a guest is allowed. A guest session is tied to your browser, so clearing the site’s data or switching devices can mean losing your messages and coin balance. Keep access to your account to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
The community guidelines apply to you. In short, you will not:
MatchPub is free to start: new users get free matches, and rewards appear from time to time that add more. After that, matching and some other features use coins. Coins are bought in the wallet and have no cash value outside MatchPub; they can’t be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. VIP is an optional membership; some features become available at a higher account level or with VIP.
Each price appears before you pay. Purchases are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Unless the law where you live says otherwise, purchases of coins and VIP are final once delivered. If something went wrong with a payment, write to us with the details.
You keep ownership of what you share, such as your profile photo and messages. You give MatchPub a limited permission to store, display and deliver that content as needed to run the service. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn’t break these terms or anyone’s rights.
You can report or block another user from their profile. When someone breaks these terms we may warn them, limit features, suspend or close the account, remove content, or keep coins bought or used in breach of these terms. Where the law requires, we’ll pass information to the authorities.
People on MatchPub are independent users. We don’t check who they are and can’t be responsible for what they say or do, on the site or off it. Use your judgement, keep personal details private and leave any chat that feels wrong.
MatchPub is offered as it is, without guarantees beyond what the law requires. Where the law permits, MatchPub isn’t responsible for losses that are indirect or that follow on from something else, and the most we can owe you is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
You’re free to stop using MatchPub whenever you like and to ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the service. We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, significant changes will be announced on the site, and continuing to use MatchPub from then on counts as accepting the new version.
