We collect what a 1v1 chat needs to run: a guest session, your profile if you fill one in, the messages you send, your follows and blocks, purchase records and technical details about your device. We use it to make matches, deliver messages, translate text messages, run the wallet and keep the service safe. We don’t sell personal information. The full details are in the privacy policy.
Using MatchPub requires being at least 18. You can start as a guest, match by video, voice or text and message people; following someone needs a logged-in account. Coins have no cash value outside MatchPub, VIP is optional, and rule-breaking can lead to warnings, limits or a closed account. Read the full terms of service.
Treat the person on the other side as someone you’d like to meet again. No harassment, no sexual content, no asking for money or contact details, no pushing people to other platforms, and no recording others. The community guidelines explain each rule with examples.
Keep your full name, address and social accounts to yourself, leave conversations that turn into requests, and use report and block on the person’s profile. Check what your camera shows behind you. The safety page has the full set of habits.
MatchPub is free to start: new users get free matches and rewards pop up now and then. After that, matches use coins from your wallet. The coins and VIP page explains what they pay for, and the free page explains where free ends.
Report and Block are on every user’s profile. Use Block when you don’t want to hear from someone again, and Report when they broke a rule. Reports are kept with their details so they can be looked at, and accounts that break the rules can be limited or closed.
On the Live tab you can watch people who are live, comment and send gifts, and start a one-on-one from a room. The same guidelines apply in live rooms as in matches. Users can’t start a broadcast of their own.
Questions about any policy, data requests, payment problems and reports that need more detail all go to [email protected]. What to put in your email is listed on the contact page.
